1Non-Refundable Purchases
- All purchases made using GoCoins are non-refundable unless they are placed in escrow. Any online purchases made through CawGO are also non-refundable, unless the transaction is escrowed.
2Escrowed Transactions
- For transactions that are escrowed, refunds may be processed in the event of disputes or other qualifying circumstances, as determined by the terms agreed upon by the buyer and seller. In the case of a refund request for an escrowed transaction, both parties (buyer and seller) must follow the dispute resolution process outlined within the CawGO platform. Once a transaction is fully completed and the funds are released from escrow, no refund will be provided.
3Digital Goods and Services

Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloadable content or services), once access has been granted or the product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described, and the issue cannot be resolved.
4Cancellations
- Cancellations can be requested for any purchase that has not yet been processed or shipped. After the item has been processed or shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.
